The MCG Georgia development group’s first step will be a major “rebranding” starting with the changing the name of Abraham Shopping Center to the Magnolia Shopping Center and implementing a redevelopment plan consistent with the development and business-model that creates an interactive community development project and celebrates a economic lifestyle throughout our resort and retail business community.

The Magnolia Shopping Center Project is value-added property redevelopment that includes the redevelopment of the approved business community in the Magnolia State. Our acquisition and redevelopment of this underperforming asset in need of revitalization will benefit from our entrepreneurial and aggressive approach to redevelopment and repositioning in a market.
